Eating God's Way
The nutrition world is noisy, but God has been very clear about what we should eat. In the membership I share resources and give you support so that you are successful in your plant-based journey. There are many parts to health and we cover all of them in the membership.
Our body is a gift. Are you tired of hating the space you take up in the world? I will teach you the tools you need to take care of and love the amazing gift God has given you. You don't have to waste any more time being at war with your body. I teach you how to take care of your body God's way and leave the size of your body to him.
Members have the opportunity to receive 20 minutes of weekly one-on-one coaching from Trish. Calls are recorded and posted within the membership. You will have access to other Breathe members sessions to learn from. Watching other women be coached is just as powerful as being coached yourself. This is how women help women in Breathe!
Self Care Course
In this course I teach you what true self love and self care is. We spend a lot of time doing what the world thinks is important. In this course I teach you how to turn inward and start doing what is in the best interest of you and to create a self care plan that feels like self love. This is the work I do with my 1:1 clients and you get this FREE in Breathe!
30 Days to Plant Based Eating Without Dieting
In this course I teach the basics of plant based eating (Word of Wisdom). I teach you how to change the way you eat in a sustainable way that you can do for the rest of your life. It is really easy to turn God's health code into a diet! I teach you how to make it doable without feeling deprived. I also walk you through what happens with your brain when you make changes.
Body Love Breakthrough
Are you tired of having hundreds of thoughts each day that your body should be different or that you should be fixing your body? In this course I show you how to stop being at war with your body and make peace with the temple that houses your spirit. You do not have to suffer for one more minute thinking that your body should be different.
Each month Breathe Members will receive a monthly focus lesson where they are taught tools to take amazing care of their body and also how to love the space they take up in the world.
The monthly focus will give you the encouragement you need to do things differently.
